Exactly, fundamentalism is a negative, exclusionary,and doomsday oreinted religion. It should remain inside the ugly churches they build.

 

I have my beliefs, which I do not expect anyone else to believe, and would never say that they are the only 'true' beliefs. For Campbell34 to post that he'll have a good chat in heaven is presumptuous and optimistic at best, and bordering on arrogant at worst. For his sake, I hope he's right, and that statements like that are acceptable to his God.

I read the good book three times, and not once did I see Russia mentioned, or the Soviet Union, United States, none of them. The verses in Revelations that I believe they are interpreting as meaning those nations, are just that, their interpretations, the book itself says nothing of the sort.

 

And to add one other point he missed. Many children, I would guess close to half, do not share their parents political beliefs, I know I sure don't.

Attitude? I'm telling you the truth. The reason I became a Born Again Christian is because I'm no better than anyone else. It's Christ that saves not me or anything I do. We are all guilty of sin and we have no salvation outside of Christ shed blood. Russia will attack America without warning. That has nothing to to with my attitude, This will happin in our generation.

 

Well both of my kids will be voting for the first time and they share my view. They will be voting for Bush.

When you have a personal relationship with Christ, when God has worked wonders before your eyes you know longer have blind faith, you have a relationship with the God that made you. Did you ever see the name Jesus Christ mentioned in the Old Testament. Yet because of the Old Testament 2 Billion people believe He is God. Now I wonder why that is? Maybe you should read the bible a 4th time. I have read the bible for over 40 years and it is not a book to be take lightly. Ezk. 38 speakes of the Russian invasion of Israel.

Republican woman are against abortion for the most part Democratic woman support it. That is how the parties have split themselves. Those who embrace abortion will have more those who oppose abortion will have less. It's called common sense. Also if you read the Artical you will find how they determine those statistics. WAITTTTTT..wth..I don't support it..i would never do it and I'm democrat..wth is this, Bush isn't going to stop the abortions and this is NOT how the parties have split themselves..the only people that bring up abortion is the people who go to Church..i see no one else bring it up..the abortions should be between God, and the women who commit them/ In the bible he says judge lest ye be judged..does he not? This is between God and WOMEN..We can't stop killing everywhere, so how the heck can we stop abortions, we CAN'T they will still go somewhere and get it done whether it be illegal or otherwise..now go PRAY and stop being so judgemental and let God in your heart since you say you are so CHRISTIAN because God doesn't like this division, anger, pride...you are totally JUDGING people and that isn't how a christian is supposed to act.. the ONLY people that can change the division, hate, are US..so get down on your knees and pray and ask God to forgive you for all that you have done, and your judgemental ways..and let your heart have peace in it..and stop with the blaming.

The fact is you do not want to know the truth.... If you did you would ask Campbell how to get saved..... I gurantee he would tell you-even tho he prolly already has.... You refuse to believe the truth and that's your choice.

I don't care how you look at abortion is killing a human being.
Maybe all crimes should me between God and us humans. Rape, murder etc. Let God deal with it. I honestly don't understand how society today can say can allow the murdering of children. And say its the choice of the women. Most of the abortions happen cause the person does not feel like having a kid. It will set them back can't afford it, or family and friends shame. Everyone one a selfish reason, only thinking of yourself. Not the innocent life you are destroying, who has no choice. There is people lined up just for the chance to adopt a child, people who love and desperatly wants a child but canèt have one. But these people who get these abortions, they do not want the stretch marks, or the time away from work, whatever the reasons are they are self centered and selfish. But you are right God will judge in the end.

 

I agree with you about why most of the abortions happen..and YES there are people all over that would do anything for a child..i agree with that..I'm not thinking of myself because I would never get an abortion..i dont agree with it, not even if i were to get raped or health issues..but that's my right to do so..like i said in my previous post..it's still goign to happen even if they did make a law to ban abortions..and there is nothing we can do..and YES i believe it is between God and that person...and it is my right to believe how i want to believe, it doesn't make my way right or your way right..it's just what i feel in my heart to be right..that it is between God and whoever does the aborting..

The republican platform opposes abortion. President Bush has already stopped some abortions so stop saying Bush is not going to do anything when he already has. Bush signed into law a bill that would stop late term abortions, the courts are fighting it. Your right the only one's bring up abortion is the Christian right, and they are the back bone of the Republican party. This will never go away no matter how much you want it to .You know why people hate to hear christians speak because the hate the truth. And the truth is this country is running red with the blood of children. The God of the bible does not look kindly on nations that slaughter it's children. God is going to give our nation into the hands of our enemies. American cities will burn. This is not my judgement. It clearly states in scripture, that our nation is hard pressed against the Holy God of Israel. American's are going to lose their nation because of the hardness of their hearts towards God. A day of horror is comeing to our nation, and our end according to scripture will come in one hours time. I love my country and I do not want to see this but as a nation you can only mock God for so long before He acts. The story of our future is in Jer. 50, 51 Revelation 18.

 

Yes that is true many Christians have, but if they had looked at the prophecies a little closer they would of realized that the end would not come until the Jews were back in Israel. Israel was reastablished as a nation, and Jerusalem was back under their control. Also the bible states that in that day nations would have the ability to destroy whole cities in one hours time. Just these four prophecies were fulfilled between the years 1944 to 1967.

 

He has stopped late term abortions, but he's not going to stop abortion. I never said i want it to go away, and i know alot of christians that are not republican..but there is more to this presidential campaign than abortions..a lot of atrocities have happened..that's what i'm saying.
