Checking immigration status doesn't bother me as much as the guy wanting to check up on his criminal history
honestly, I hope that border patrol agent lost his job, he broke the law. there were serious procedural lapses.
about 5:25 into this one the border guard rips his name tag off his uniform when the guy asks his name.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJ2n8t86UOs&feature=PlayList&p=7BC956C2E15751BE&index=20 i guess that would be against procedure as well???
this is why cops should require at least a bachelors instead of a high school diploma, and being 21....
now do these people still have rights as a US citizen within 100 miles of the border? because according to the ACLU the government says we dont.. http://www.aclu.org/privacy/spying/areyoulivinginaconstitutionfreezone.html
jesus, even I am within 100 miles of the border on that map. I like how they ignore the big lake in the way
everytime I look at a US map I realize how wrong I am about a lot of states' locations, lol I live on the border too.
honestly, I think agent baron did pretty okay, especially for the more belligerence than usual. and I think the name tag remover SERIOUSLY fucked up. and I hope people are getting reported. I know they probably aren't, but I can hope it should be noted that the border patrol is going a drive for new recruits also...
lol ya think?? a little more diggin and i found this, https://www.checkpointusa.org/ id say they probably are getting reported..there is a lawsuit going on anyway..
Time to research my constitutional rights. The police state creeps in and soon enough we'll all have to show our papers. I wonder when dwellings get raided in the middle of the night because someone posted something deemed "suspicious" or "un-American" on the web or whatever.
I just got three free copies of the constitution from a foundation that favors the police state. and an envelope that I am going to stuff full of sand.
Apparantly you have to pay if you want to give up your american citizenship and permanently move...? The border police have given me ALOT of grief over the year. Once i was this 18 year old pretty normal looking girl by myself on a train to Pennylvania, and they decided to pick me out of everyone on the train, just me, into their office for questioning and to search my belongings. Ive had my entire vehicle searched and ripped apart when I was 17 crossing the BC/Idaho border. Thank FUCK I left my pipe in BC
i'd probably take you into my office and search you too if i had the opportunity... i only watched the first video; it did get annoyingly repetitive. but i still have to give some props to anyone willing to risk their own well-being to stand up to the police, except for that "don't tase me bro" kid.
Youre sassy tonight! lol @ dont tase me bro but still....the taser video...that was pretty bad....they should not have done so.
