As a former dealer, I'll tell you why dealers avoid selling bowl packs to kids.

-Too much traffic. Dealer's avoid having people come over for small amt's. Having neighbors seeing lots of foot traffic coming in your house, staying for a few minutes then leaving leads to busts.
-Dealers avoid children. If the kids get busted by their parents/cops they'll roll over on the dealer toot sweet. In addition the penalties for selling to kids are much more severe than selling to adults. Why do this for a coupla of bux?
-People who sell bowl packs to other kids are other kids. They don't have access to large amt's of quality ganja like REAL dealers. A rich person would not buy weed from kids, for the same reason REAL dealers don't sell bowl packs.

When I was dealing, if an adult came over and wanted a bowl pack I'd give it to him (or smoke him out) for free. If a kid came over and wanted pot I'd tell him I didn't know what he was talking about or that I was out.

As someone who also formerly did this, I'd have to agree with this statement. Though I don't sell anything anymore.

I really don't care because I was a bit picky in whom I connect with. I typically limit myself in staying within a 1-2 mile range of my home, only to people I know or get a few "referrals" from others who know the person before they ever get to me. If a number isn't known by heart, I don't answer the phone. If I don't know the person, I'm not home.

I've also had people hand me 5 for packs when I would have done it for free; typically running to a buck twenty a zone to 440 for a qutie pie. I've also given away blunts to people who I feel deserve it and I've only fronted to two people-- one is a neighbor whose older brother died (I grew up with his brother) in a car accident, so he's like family to me. Then is another guy who I've known for about 10 years.

 

Got to love a good front Rare to find that though, actually I've only had herbs fronted to me maybe 3 times in my life. Its the other things I used to mess with that always got fronted, like opiates and mushrooms (the mushrooms were mostly from a friend who I have known for a few years, like your friend)

A dealer who sells lbs to rich people ain't gonna sell bowl packs of beasters to kids.
And, if someone buys his oz's & lb's from a guy who sells bowl packs to kids, he's nuts.

 

I'm with ranger on this one. Who in there right mind who sells weight would sell a enough to pack a bowl. That's a huge risk & would cause heat on him. I never heard of anyone selling "a bowls pack". Damn, when I'm broke & in need, my friends or dealer will pack a bowl or a joint for free. If your a good customer or friend, they should do it for free for you too.

Just inquiring, who's bowl are you using to measure the amount? Because I have a double bubbler that "bowl pack" could easily mean like an 8th of nug or more.

 

Well, assuming he really doesn't smoke that much, probably a smaller piece with a smaller bowl. I tend to favor small double or even triple blown glass or just a spliff. Blunts are too harsh and the tobacco will give me a two day lung hangover kinda deal. I don't own any single blown pieces because there's no point unless you plan on breaking it for resin or giving it away. I don't like to sell my pieces... I just don't believe in doing that. I'd rather break a piece that chipped/cracked beyond smokability and roll some Js with the resin. Either that or clean it out and toss it in one of my ben in jerry's containers (I keep all my broken glass in ben and jerry containers and shoeboxes).

I don't typically care for anything other than spoons, since some goofball is probably either going to steal or break that two foot JBD, you know. That's just not right, so I just prevent it from happening. Not only that, but most double or triple blown spoons have smaller bowls and larger airways (at least where I get mine made), so that's always a plus with me.

Honestly, I really don't think it matters wether condaleeza rice sells kilos, you know. People shouldn't have pissing matches over this kinda deal. You know, ninety percent of the arguing you do isn't going to have any affect on your life anyway, so let's just burn one...

If you think someone who sells a elderly med-MJ patient a 1/4 oz. is the same thing as someone pushing weed to schoolkids, you need to live in the real world for awhile.

If you get the rep of selling weed to any kid who can steal $10 out of his mom's purse you're gonna get busted and no one who wants to buy a large amt. is gonna have anything to do with you.

Like I said, kids will drop a dime on their dealer quicker that shit out of a goose if they get busted by their parents/cops.

1/16 of an ounce is a pretty common ammount to be sold here in the UK.
We call it a 10 or one of the other bizarre words for it but its generally what most people buy, atleast at my age. It only costs a tenner so why not?

 

Here the most common is 1/4 for $20.
