I still dont get what that "research adjustment" is ... are you sure that its just not "adjustment". They are researching your account? They are researching something and need your overdraft to fund it? I'd be very interested to hear what exactly this is. Some banks only allow you to be in overdraft situation with no deposits for a certain length of time, just to cover their asses... it may be on the overdraft agreement somewhere. Did they actually withdraw 612.00 or just cut off your 612.00 overdraft?

I'm sure they will work with you- dont panic.

 

also,, for the record,, a 612 dollar overdraft is a felony an is prosecutable..

i would assume hiro has a checking an a savings account..

thru time shes overdrafted 612 dollars in her checking..

most banks have a overdraft protection clause in there checking account agreement..

when one fails to pay back overdrafts the bank in there routine accounting proccess will seize your savings to componsate for your overdrafts..

although hiro never acknowledged this,, im sure that that is the case..

perhaps better book keeping an more responsibility on her part could have avoided the situation shes in..

but once again,, the banks could give a fuck less..

 

I'd open a new bank account as soon as you can...
I'v e never heard of a bank taking that kind of money out of an account..basically I'd found out what the hell it is first, then either don't pay or set up a plan.

Its just money, they can't throw you in jail..when you get the money, pay it, and then your credit will be clean.
