are those seriously the results of anxiety.. because then i totally have an anxiety problem.. actually happened today at work.. i was all buggin out tryin to get shit out fast.. then my heart pounded.. chest tight.. light headed... it fuckin sucks.. feels hard to breathe and i cant even really get past it.. but if i can get to lay down it usually ends within a couple minutes.. but its been goin on my whole life since i was in grade school.. i remember one doc when i was a kid said it was in my head.. couple years ago it got so bad they put me on an EKG and nothing came up obviously cuz i wasnt havin an attack when i was having it done... but it still happens a lot.. even from just standing too quick or like you said taking a deep breath.. sometimes i gotta grab onto something or sit down or lay down quick cuz im afraid im gonna faint.. it sucks.. i;d goto a doctor but i dont have insurance..
Yep, that sounds like a typical anxiety disorder. When the doc said it's all in your head, he was right. It results from a chemical imbalance in your brain. Like when something's going wrong and it makes you feel uneasy, and you dwell on it for a while, or when you're worried or anxious about something, but you don't know what.
not a lot of mine comes from dwelling on things.. i mean unless it was all completely subconcious.. cuz it always seemed so random.. just from running... sitting up too fast... taking a deep breath.. yawning.. just out of the blue.. but i know one time it was definitely key to stess because when i had that EKG shit was crazy at work i was super stressed.. couldnt even work... but i mean.. how do i set up a appointment with someone about this.. docs will just want me to wear machines.. i've never had a shrink.. dunno how i go about doing so either?..
You can just tell the doc your symptoms and see what he says. If he tries to hook you up to a machine, tell him you've already done that and it didn't show anything. You could go to a shrink too. It won't hurt anything. I've done it before. Look it up in the phone book if you don't know where a shrink is. Also, your doc could refer you to a shrink, probably.
Yep, hes right. Thats exactly what happen to me. Oh and I used to get nervous all the time before important shit. Like once I had to go to court and I got so freaked that I puked the whole way there and in the court room(true story!). And you lie in bed at night with you mind racing. I never had any jitters or anything close to that though. Good luck and pm me if you have any other questions or need better details.
Yeah that too. I'm really bad about that shit. That's why I stay awake so late and sleep all day, because I lie in bed for an hour or two, with my thoughts going a million miles per minute. My body will be relaxed, but my mind can't relax for shit.
