Yeast Infections

    Yes. Candida albicans is a yeast that normally resides in the body in the digestive tract and vagina
    alot people arent aware that Candia alibicans spreads further into your body during an over growth (into the intestines/stomach/colon).Where it feasts upon sugars and yeast we eat and spreads further. Causing Chronic yeast infections.
    A simple sugar/yeast free diet (called a Candida Diet) and Herb cleanse can help.

    I didnt quite make it clear what i meant, Sorry! If someone has chronic yeast infections they should look into an overgrowth in the digestive tract. Random remedies vaginally may not help in the long run because the yeast is more widespread internally than they think. The Candida Diet could help.

    And you say, "Simple sugar/yeast free diet" Ha! Doesnt sound too "simple" LoL Thats 90% of my food intake! =>
