    The majority of them don't seem to have any idea as to what is really going on. Some of CNN's trucks couldn't get down there anyway since they weren't letting anyone into the state, so most are using local affiliates.

    i'm watching the news from Baton Rouge..
    they know exactly what's happening, and they're not understating anything..

    this is funny because now i cannot remember the katrina news stuff at all. infact i cant remember hurricane katrina at all. actually, i thought i was in another part of the state when katrina happened until i re-read this thread.
