I think its quite correct to tell someone their religion (and if need be, their way of life) is full of shit. Tell them they are living a lie... they support the means in which control is distributed among people they are likely unaware of.

Can't be scared to call someone out, that is specifically how we can overcome such pity squabbles as... "Jesus existed", "God is listening"... etc etc...

The thing is not to entirely deny religion as a whole... but accept that every religion is entirely theory - a conspiracy theory if you want to categorize. Is any theory worth setting moral standards from... of course not! Logically morals are ridiculous, because nobody can decipher wrong from right as long as we have no idea why we even exist...

All we can say for sure is we are here, now, and our perception tells us we are alive. If we can all live within these boundries and logically derive each conclusion in the eyes of benefit to all for eternity - we can together achieve the finest life possible on this rock, and with scientific prowess being a major focus, spread our utopian seed throughout the universe

But none of this can happen if we are scared to talk to eachother!

 

As I stated in my post. I have not volunteered in almost a year. outside of extra time for the non-profits I have worked for. I don't want to get into the volunteeer work I have done in the past because it's irrelevant in this post and those who I love here know my background and love me in friendship for it. And yeah you're right in your post...I'm published...you know why? BECAUSE I WORKED MY FUCKING ASS OFF, not because I am lucky or such a great person.
I stated you are insulting to people who do activley volunteer their time or go to work everyday to make this worrld a better place and pay taxes.
I mean can you imagine Fitzy going to work everyday and dealing with kids who have issues through sports, or Marie caring for two kids and going to classes to get a degree in social services, or Andy...he went to work at 4:30 this morning and is still not even close to being done, or Cate working long nights in heels to generate taxes for her country, when Canada is so socialized she really doesn't have to work?
I am sorry you got upset over people agreeing with me.
Also, nothing I said was to hurt you. If you were some stupid chick with no desire to go to school or do anything with life I wouldn't have said anything. But, you need to get your shit together and stop telling other people to get their's together.
Being a drug counselor is a lot of work. I think you could do it, but it involves enrolling into classes, being sober for at least two years (in NV anyway), taking CEUs. You need to get on it before you come and tell us you have 'everything lined up'.
Go enroll in college classes this fall, or go find a job to bring in more income to your family, then come back on here and tell us and we will all be so very proud and happy for you.
But, we;re not going to pretend everything is okay less than a week later after you were shooting up Heroin and posting threads asking people to PM you for secrets and now all of a sudden believe you have it all figured out and we are sleep walking through life.

making up this bullshit, having a manic episode and telling us all we aren't awakened is bull-shit when a lot of us on here are working hard to give other people a chance to have a voice in this world and even more people on here are working 9-5 desk jobs to make sure we have the money to do so.
