    Heather, I LOVE Pink.

I love her voice, her attitudes, everything I've ever read or watched her on just encourages my girl-crush on her. :)

That video was awesome. I've never heard Pink sing Janis before.

Neither Pink nor Janis ever disappoint.

You should read a book called "the passing of the great race"
By Madison Grant. It's an old book written in the early 1900s and most likely outdated and incorrect lol but it's an athropology book about the 3 main racial cultures of Europe and bits and peeves of the world. It's a great read and you will enjoy if you like learning what out bodily characteristic tell us about where we came from etc.

My characteristics define me as alpine Euro and that makes sense since my family has mostly lived in the alps of Bavaria for a long time.

The book has its controversy though,
Mostly because Hitler adored it almost like his own personal bible for his obsession with perfect Nordic traits.

Anyway it goes to teach just what our head dimensions etc. really mean and although outdated it still holds truths about us people today. :)

My brother and I have been talking about ^ that...how there are really only 3 main races (cultures).

Everything you said is very interesting...I believe I'll try to find a copy of that book myself. :)

I think it is amazing that now a person can have their DNA analyzed and from there be told your physical heritage (as in you are what % Native American, % Asian, % Caucasian etc) as well as some analyses will tell you what part of Africa your "line" originated from. Several years ago I watched a Today show where these experts talked about how it has been proven that life originated in Africa. They told how that was determined but that part went in one ear and out the other.

I have liked Pink since I heard her in 2000, her second release of Missundaztood sold me on her talent which has just matured over time. Janis well is just Janis and I never tire of listening to her. :)

Pink has always marched to her own drum, that I admire greatly.

Kristofferson out did himself on that one. I remember years ago watching a documentary where he stated after hearing Janis do this song, it was how it was meant to be done. It was released after she died. She did preform it live a few times before she died and it was to rave reviews. Too bad she never got to see the influence this song had on so many people.

Hey thanks! You're a pretty cool cat (kitten) yourself ;).

I will prolly have that done. I just want to revisit the place, even if just on video. It was cool, fascinating. However it was late at night and we were using flashlights combined with a shitty early 2000s Sony camcorder and our cinematography was lacking to say the least. I doubt it'll be impressive. In all likelihood probably a bunch of janky ass camera movements and occasional glimpses of the ceiling and walls and shit haha

It'll be funny just to see my younger self romping around with my friends
