Your in a commercial airliner, it crashes just outside Omaha Nebraska. You survive and rescue 14 people. Three years later while walking home from work you get attacked by a mugger, he stabs you,yet you survive. Twelve years pass, you are walking down the street when you trip, suffering a head injury. You spend three years in the hospital before your family decides to pull the feeding tube. What they don't know is your just in a deep coma. You spend the next three weeks starving leading to a miserable death.
