why do dreads make you happy SE? I kinda hope Riloh wants em. If I had a daughter I definitely wouldn't let her dread her hair until she was 7/8 and thought about it long and hard. I just think it'd be harder on a lil girl if she decided she didn't want em anymore and had to cut all her hair off. If Riloh says, 'mama, I want hair like yours' I'll feel gooey and happy and damn he'd be a cute dready kid^-^

The only downside to letting your kid dread their hair in the UK is schooling. There was a case made the press recently about a 13 yr old lad in Liverpool was expelled for having dreads. It was pretty shit really.

I'm sendin Riloh to an amazing school^-^the same one I went to when I was a young'un. Had some of my best years there. Gahhh, I sound 45 (I'm drinking wine&singing to myself) anyway, so your allowed have your hair whatever way you want there.

Heh, my mom's really open-minded, but she didn't let me have dreads until I was fourteen, not because of the dreads themselves, but because she thought I was too lazy to take care of them, or something like that. o_O
