I was adopted within three miles of where I was born.
But this is unusual.

There is a child just around the corner that is in just as much need.

But...the pic of me arriving at my new home...it would seem I'm about to go down the mines for 25 years... or something.
I look really sad.

I would like to adopt as well. Forcing a life into this cruel world as well as overburdening the population of the Earth doesn't appeal to me. Taking somebody who is already alive into my care and giving them the chance to live a better life is a better idea.
