very poor mountain people do eat them, they eat just about any thing that runs and flies. probably eat eagles if they can get away with it. of course id probably try bald eagle if I was offered by Jed Clampet, it be disrespectful not to expect their hospitality..

I went and looked at a old F250 today too but it was a tray back and not the tub. Still pretty cool. He showed me the rusty bits and I said the condition doesn't bother me in fact the older the better lol. But it just wasn't what I was after in the end, in terms of looks.

    Is the F150 also a V8?

ford trucks were available in straight six and v8

there may have been some with v6 but i cant recall ever seeing one

old is relative to the person using it

I'm into a specific look though, not classic or anything just.. A brick. I want a brick. :p

    f150 is a halfton...f250 is 3/4...f350 is 1 ton

they come with same body and same available engines but big blocks are more common in the 3/4 and 1 ton

the body number is basically for frame and suspension differences

    i liked 80 to 96 fords

never met a dodge truck i liked

    Oh ok. Well 250 sounds better than a 150 and a 350 sounds too much than a 250. :p

And in terms of engines, like if I go 70-80s models, do you think a girl like me could at least LEARN how to fix things in my own time? Or will it be way too complicated? I mean in terms of getting my hands in there and replacing a hose or something.

tons of room under the hood of a pre-86 ford and easy to fix most stuff

after 86 they switched to fuel injection and notoriously bad wiring harness's

might be different for euro models though

Cool, i suggest there's like a big ass do it yourself manual I can buy anyway? I see them around for various cars and it's like, not an idiots guide, but just a manual that tells you how to do things, more complete than a manual you get in a new car. I read my manual it says if simething goes wrong take it to the dealer lol. Well yeah thanks Henry Ford, but how I'm gonna get it out of the woods? :p

Totally forgot that Tom Sizemore was in the movie Point Break. His role was a undercover DEA agent. Only had about 10 lines and 45 seconds in one scene.
