well, it depends on a lot of things. basically, the less clothing the better, but more often than anything else you'll probably find me in gym shorts and a t-shirt.

i had to do that for work a couple years ago, and i never got used to it. i think i spent that entire summer with chafed balls, due to the constant sweaty rubbing down there.

 

avoid having to go anywhere you have to wear anything.

That's how I dress in the winter and the summer - shorts + T-Shirt, whatever I grab I wear. I've tried going barefoot too, multiple times, in fact, but here in CT in the dead of winter that's not the best idea... out came the moccasins, or the ratty Converse, depending on which I felt like wearing.
